Blushes cuisine is internationally based due to its very cosmopolitan cliental. We recreate dishes from France, Italy, Portugal, Malaysia, and Thailand. Not forgetting one of the best 100% beef burgers in London.

We take great care in producing each dish and almost always put new dishes to the test on our weekly specials menus to see that not only the taste is correct, but also that the dish can be cooked in time and has ease of preparation, in particular as we use fresh ingredients bought on the day.
